SEAA/SGA Virtual Summer Symposium: Navigating the Pitfalls and Possibilities of Contested Collections
On June 23, 2023, the Southeastern Archives Association and the Society of Georgia Archives held a virtual summer symposium. The symposium’s theme was Navigating the Pitfalls and Possibilities of Contested Collections.
During the symposium, presenters focused on the challenges and opportunities associated with working with collections that document violence and oppression and resistance to that oppression. The presentations were
